ATTENTION: We’ve identified an issue in the 6.3 SR2 firmware release (6.3.10.1) when using Part Detection on Gocator Smart 3D Line Profile Sensors (G2xxx). In certain cases, enabling Part Detection may cause a sensor reset.

If you are currently using 6.3 SR2 (default shipping firmware from September 2024 to January 2025) we strongly recommend upgrading to either the 6.3 SR3 release (6.3.10.10) or the 6.4 release (6.4.41.16).
