Welcome to Vision Shenzhen 2024! At the LMI booth, we’re showcasing our cutting-edge Gocator 6300 and Gocator 5500 series sensors, engineered for precise and high-speed 3D scanning applications. The Gocator 6300 Series features a new imaging chip and optimized optical design, providing an impressive balance of speed and accuracy. With up to 6,500 data points per profile and a maximum scanning speed of approximately 10K, the Gocator 6320 is ideal for complex inspections, including reflective, transparent, and curved surfaces. Watch as it accurately scans the challenging back cover glass of a cellphone, delivering outstanding imaging results. Our Gocator 5500 Series is designed for line confocal scanning and features patented technology for inspecting diverse materials, including shiny, transparent, and layered surfaces. In our demo, the Gocator 5516 tackles the challenging inspection of highly reflective cellphone shielding covers, achieving stable data for flatness and gap measurement even on ultra-narrow surfaces. With a scan rate up to 16kHz, it meets the rigorous demands of inline inspection. Join us to explore these advanced technologies that redefine precision inspection standards in 3D scanning! #VisionShenzhen #3DScanning #Gocator6300 #Gocator5500 #PrecisionInspection #LMI

An LMI Gocator 2630 high-resolution laser profiler scans a surface and creates a 3D model, which is then run through MAS' QC+ software to intelligently path plan and shape that part into a finished dimension. In between every cycle, the FANUC robot will scan the part, measure the amount of material that needs to be removed, and then QC+ will adaptively modify the path to shape the part to a finished dimension. This closed-loop metrology-driven path planning solution is adaptable to the shape of the part on every cycle, simplifying integration and reducing overall programming.
