Gocator G2 - Line Profile Sensors

These versatile sensors use a projected laser line to measure cross-sectional shapes of parts and material surfaces. Cross-sections can be collected to create 3D point clouds representing whole parts for performing robust shape, surface and volumetric measurements at inline production speed.

Gocator 2340 and UR5 Robot

With no external PC or software required, Gocator 2340 images and reports X, Y, Z Height and Clock rotation of each part and sends it to the UR5 via ASCII over EtherNET. The UR5 then picks each part in scanned order and places them into the appropriate location by stack height, 1-2-3-4. Amazing 3D tech!

Gocator G1 - Point Profile Sensors

Ideal for contour feature inspection or closed-loop feedback systems, these high-speed (32 kHz) single point measurement devices are capable of rapid profiling along the direction of part travel or inspecting displacement in a fast moving inline process. G1 sensors are typically used for measuring object dimensions such as thickness, height, and surface roughness.

Gocator G3 - Snapshot Sensors

Gocator Snapshot Sensors are the first family of 3D smart sensors to combine full-field 3D point cloud acquisition using stereo structured-light (SL) with built-in 3D measurement tools for specific 3D features. These sensors are ideal for inline inspection applications where objects are momentarily stationary such as robotic inspection or pick and place.
