Chief Executive Officer

With LMI since 2006, Mark has held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, Director of Technology, R&D Manager, and R&D Engineer. He was part of the development team behind the original Gocator sensor, and has played a central role in defining how LMI’s core technology base is applied to new markets and applications. Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics from the University of British Columbia.

As CEO, Mark is responsible for guiding the company’s overall vision through his deep understanding of operations, technology and product positioning, business strategy, finance, staff, and customer service.

Len Chamberlain

Chief Commercial Officer

Len earned a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Colorado and spent the beginning of his career designing medical equipment and production processes for Gambro and Medtronic. He discovered 3D vision technology in 1996 and has been working in the industry ever since. After selling 3D inspection solutions for Konica Minolta in 1996, Len moved to Geomagic where he started as an applications engineer and was ultimately promoted to the VP of Sales.  When Geomagic was purchased by 3D systems he became the VP of Sales for the entire software division of that company.  Including his time with LMI, he has held senior sales management positions for the past 14 years, guiding international teams for successful and rapidly growing companies in the 3D inspection market.

Mieke Bolder

Vice President of Finance

As VP of Finance for the LMI Group, Mieke is responsible for strategic and operational management in the areas of Finance, Taxation and Legal Services. With more than 20 years of experience in financial management for international corporations offering highly engineered products, Mieke provides leadership in the development of financial metrics to support effective and efficient operations and encourages the use of technology to improve business processes.

Mieke holds two bachelor’s degrees from Universities of Applied Sciences in Europe (Enschede, Netherlands and Trier, Germany) as well as an Executive Master in Finance and Control from the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands.

Chi Ho Ng

Vice President of Technology

Chi Ho is responsible for driving product development to ensure LMI is a leader in its field. In his role, he oversees all technology groups including sensor development, Gocator software, product and project management, vision engineering, and technical services. He is passionate about innovation and user experience, and fascinated by intuitive technologies that create timely and intelligent decisions from real world data.

Since joining the company in 2004, Chi Ho has been instrumental in developing LMI products as an R&D Manager, Product Manager, Senior Director of Applications, Senior Director of Technology, and now in his role of VP of Technology.

Chi Ho has more than 18 years of experience in product engineering and product management. He brings deep technical expertise, a broad understanding of markets, applications, and customer needs, a vision for a strong technology organization, and a passion for LMI’s success. He holds a master of engineering degree from SFU and an MBA from UBC.
